MEET THE TEAM

Founder & Managing Attorney

Ms. Moser has worked in litigation her entire career, both on the defense and plaintiff side. Her experience practicing on both sides of the bar allows her to bring creative, outside-the-box solutions to her clients’ matters and regularly achieve favorable results before trial.

Ms. Moser’s practice includes employment law and business litigation. Her former clients have included employees, employers, writers, producers, video game developers, media companies and hotels.

At Berkeley Law School, Ms. Moser earned a Law and Technology Certificate issued by Berkeley’s Center for Law and Technology, worked as a federal judicial extern for the Honorable Frank C. Damrell, and was a member of the California Law Review, the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, and Berkeley Law School’s moot court team.

Ms. Moser was recently recognized as an "Up-and-Coming Top 50 Women Lawyer" and has been selected as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers for the past six years. She also has a perfect 10/10 rating on Avvo.

Of Counsel

Ryan Cadry is the founder of Cadry Law Group and focuses on business litigation, business transactional matters, and labor & employment matters. Mr. Cadry also serves as outside general counsel for a broad range of small and mid-sized companies, including start-ups and family-owned business – advising his clients on general corporate matters and approaches to risk management in both the business and employment arenas.

Ryan earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, where he graduated cum laude. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law (King Hall), where he was Executive Editor of the UC Davis Business Law Journal and Staff Editor of the Journal of International Law & Policy. While at King Hall, Ryan also served as a member of the Trial Practice Honors Board, and was recipient of the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence.

Ryan currently serves on the advisory board for the Musicians at Play Foundation, and is quite active in the legal and Jewish communities.

Ryan has been named a “Southern California Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine every year since 2017, an honor reserved for up to 2.5% of the attorneys in Southern California.

Senior Associate Attorney

 Ms. Fonseca is an associate attorney at Moser Legal. Prior to joining Moser Legal, Ms. Fonseca worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions department. Her former clients included companies in the healthcare, technology, software, aerospace & defense, and retail sectors.

 Ms. Fonseca’s practice includes employment law and business litigation.

 At USC Gould School of Law, Ms. Fonseca earned a Business Law Certificate, interned at CBRE, worked as a federal judicial extern for the Honorable Deborah J. Saltzman, and was a member of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice and Business Law Advisor.

Associate Attorney

Ms. Morley is an associate attorney at Moser legal, whose practice includes employment law and business litigation. Ms. Morley has experience in private practice as well as working as a judicial extern at the Los Angeles Superior Court for the Honorable Maureen Duffy-Lewis.

Ms. Morley earned her law degree from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. In addition to her law degree, Ms. Morley earned her Master’s in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine’s Straus Institute—ranked among the nation’s best conflict resolution programs by U.S. News and World Report. Ms. Morley’s dual degree allows her to bring a unique and wholistic perspective to litigation and settlement procedures.

In law school, Ms. Morley received CALI Awards for her excellent achievement in the studies of Corporations, Evidence, Mediation, and Psychology of Conflict Communication.
