Matt J. Griffin

Biography

Mr. Griffin, a graduate of Berkeley Law, is an associate attorney at Moser Legal specializing in employment and business litigation. Mr. Griffin is a passionate advocate for his clients.

During law school, Mr. Griffin served on the executive board of technical editors for the Berkeley Business Law Journal; he was theproject coordinator for the Berkeley Law Anti-Trafficking Project; he advised startups on formation and employment issues while in the New Business Community Law Clinic; and he worked under senior corporate counsel at Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies in their workers' compensation division. 

Prior to joining Moser Legal, Mr. Griffin worked in public finance and has experience in both plaintiff and defense civil litigation. He has represented victims of human and civil rights violations in his pro bono work through the Casa Cornelia Law Center.
