Biography
Ms. Buenaventura is an associate attorney at Moser Legal, specializing in labor and employment litigation. Prior to joining Moser Legal, Ms. Buenaventura's practice focused on representing employees in wage-and-hour class action cases during the mediation and settlement process.
Ms. Buenaventura earned her law degree from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. In law school, she earned a Business Law Certificate and received CALI Awards for Wills & Trusts and Legal Analysis Workshop. She worked as a sports law research assistant for Dean Matt Parlow and investigated issues like the impact COVID-19 had on collective bargaining agreements for professional athletes. Ms. Buenaventura also volunteered with the Public Law Center’s Domestic Violence and Immigration Clinics.
