Biography
Ms. Fonseca is an associate attorney at Moser Legal. Prior to joining Moser Legal, Ms. Fonseca worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions department. Her former clients included companies in the healthcare, technology, software, aerospace & defense, and retail sectors.
Ms. Fonseca’s practice includes employment law and business litigation.
At USC Gould School of Law, Ms. Fonseca earned a Business Law Certificate, interned at CBRE, worked as a federal judicial extern for the Honorable Deborah J. Saltzman, and was a member of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice and Business Law Advisor.
